Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and CMDB. You will collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to deliver enterprise transformations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development, strong scripting, REST/SOAP integrations, and a solid ITIL background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow development including scripting, workflows, integrations, and platform customization.
• Hands-on implementation experience in at least 2 of the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB.
• Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
• Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Configure workflows, catalog items, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer solutions.
• Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Support CMDB design, data governance, and service mapping initiatives.
• Participate in solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, defect resolution, deployment support, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization of ServiceNow environments.
