Job summary

SPH Media Limited is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to design and implement business processes across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves scripting, UI policies, and end-to-end implementation with a focus on scalable architecture.

The candidate should have extensive exposure to integrations with Okta, JIRA, AWS and related tools, plus strong English communication and autonomous work capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience with minimum 3 years of experience in designing and developing business processes on ServiceNow Platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage ServiceNow scripts, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes and Business Rules.
• Implement integrations with tools like Okta, JIRA, AWS and other platforms.
• Design and develop business processes on ServiceNow across ITSM / ITOM / ITAM areas.
