Job summary

Ranosys in Singapore is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to join our IT solutions team. You will design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs, with a focus on ITSM and automation.

You will build and maintain scripts, workflows, and integrations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server. Strong debugging and communication skills are essential, along with experience across Service Catalog and security considerations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Exposure to additional modules such as ITOM or HRSD or CSM
• Only Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible to apply.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workflow, Service Catalog, and automation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of ServiceNow data models, platform security, update sets, and deployment processes.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
