Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement ITSM-driven solutions.

You will work on Flow Designer, Service Catalog, REST/SOAP integrations, and CMDB, ensuring robust testing, deployment, and documentation to support business workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting knowledge.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies and ACLs.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and modules.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Service Catalog.
• Understanding REST/SOAP integrations and JSON/XML formats.
• Knowledge of CMDB, tables, forms, lists and dictionary entries.
• Experience with debugging, testing and deployment processes.

• Knowledge of Automated Test Framework (ATF), Performance Analytics, and IntegrationHub.
