Job Summary

As a key member of the Global Technology Services (GTS) team you will be responsible for architecting, designing and developing solution in enterprise applications. You will be involved in the development lifecycle from analysis, design, build, test and release with a focus on delivering solutions against business goals, technical requirements and to follow platform engineering standards.

Responsibilities

  • Out of the Box problem solver and bringing standard methodologies for process improvements.
  • Ability to handle Global development and operations
  • Prototype and analysis of Complex Solutions.
  • Interact with team and guide in technical analysis, designing & performance tuning.
  • Design and code reviews to ensure standards and quality level for the build.
  • Follow security practices and ensure highest level of standards are followed.
  • Work with globally distributed teams & build excellent working relationships with teams inside and outside of Global Software Engineering.
  • Prepare and report project performance metrics
  • Working as team and create a positive working culture around you.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Computer Science or equivalent degree with total of 8+ years or more experience and minimum of 5+ years in core Service-now implementation
  • Strong technical experience in Service Portal development (widgets, scripts, UI pages, UI objects)
  • Strong technical experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM (Customer Service Management) implementation
  • Hands on experience with ServiceNow configurations
  • Hands on experience with script based ServiceNow components such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages etc
  • Hands on experience with ServiceNow Workflows and customisations
  • Hands on experience ServiceNow UI Builder, Flow designer, events, workspace
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration.
  • Experience with integrations to other systems using the MID server and direct/Scripted web services.
  • Architectural and hands-on Integrations experience with other Enterprise applications.
  • Desired ServiceNow Trainings/Certifications: ServiceNow System Administration, CSM, ITSM etc.
  • Good knowledge on service portal with experience coding in AngularJS
  • Strong engineering leadership skills with a consistent track record of success on large/highly complex projects preferably in the area of Enterprise Apps and Integration
  • Good communication skills and business insights
