Job summary

GIC is seeking a Platform Engineer in Enterprise Service Management to partner across the business and deliver secure, scalable enterprise platforms. You will own ServiceNow development, architect integrations with REST/SOAP/JSON, and oversee infrastructure operations, CI/CD, and data governance.

The successful candidate has a Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Engineering and 5–8 years in software or platform engineering, with hands-on ServiceNow experience and strong communication to work with product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years in software, systems or platform engineering with integration and architecture focus.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development and administration across enterprise modules.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and optimization across ITSM, HRSD, Workplace Management, Risk, and SecOps.
• Design, build and operate REST/SOAP/JSON integrations and IntegrationHub spokes.
• Manage infrastructure tasks, CI/CD, environment topology, monitoring, and release governance.
• Stakeholder management and effective communication with Product, Security, and Operations teams.
• Lead project status updates via Jira epics, stories, and backlogs.
