Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our global team. The role focuses on building and enforcing best practices, driving delivery excellence, and acting as the technical authority for ServiceNow implementations.

You will work hands-on with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and Request modules. Strong scripting, integration skills, and a customer-focused mindset are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong scripting in JavaScript with Glide APIs (server and client side).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with REST and SOAP endpoints.
• Proven ability to optimize performance, security, and scalability.
• Ability to guide customers and lead technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/ITOM modules.
• Lead customer discussions, design workshops, and solution walkthroughs.
• Review code, enforce standards, and ensure upgrade readiness.
• Drive data loads, transformations, and data validation strategies.
• Collaborate with PMs, Architects, and Product Owners to meet scope and quality.
