Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are required.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and various ServiceNow modules.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical owner for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Define technical and development guidelines; review code and configurations.
• Ensure platform performance, security, scalability, and upgrade readiness.
