Job summary

DXC Technology Singapore is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our enterprise technology team. You will lead development across the ServiceNow platform, collaborate with customers, and ensure scalable solutions that align with business needs.

The role requires hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and strong coding skills in JavaScript and Glide APIs. You will drive best practices, perform migrations, and mentor junior developers while coordinating with PMs,

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Certified: CSA and CAD mandatory; ITOM implementation specialist preferred.
Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and Request modules.

Responsibilities

Act as the overall technical owner for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
Define technical and development guidelines to ensure best practices and platform stability.
Review and approve technical scripts, configurations, and integrations to meet performance and security standards.
Lead complex customizations while minimizing technical debt and ensuring upgrade readiness.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and guide customer discussions and solution walkthroughs.
