Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia in Singapore is seeking a Senior Consultant / Manager to lead the ServiceNow AI Control Tower initiative. You will drive end-to-end implementations, configure governance workflows, and align AI controls with enterprise needs.

Collaborating with AI governance, risk, cyber, technology and business stakeholders, you will translate requirements into scalable platform solutions and oversee design, testing, deployment and user adoption.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of technology consulting/implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower implementations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, workflows, integrations and GRC/IRM.
• Exposure to AI governance or technology risk is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation and configuration of ServiceNow AI Control Tower.
• Translate AI governance and risk requirements into platform workflows and controls.
• Configure AI use-case intake, risk assessments, and monitoring.
• Integrate AI Control Tower with ServiceNow modules and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into platform solutions.
• Support solution design, testing, deployment and user adoption.
