Job summary

Palo IT Singapore seeks a Senior AI Transformation Consultant to lead AI-enabled delivery engagements and transformation programs. You will shape roadmaps, align stakeholders, and guide teams through new ways of working to achieve measurable business value.

This role requires comfort in complex client environments and a growth-minded, hands-on approach. You will collaborate across discovery, delivery, and pre-sales, weaving AI augmentation into the full SDLC while contributing to governance, CoE

Qualifications

Familiarity with modern AI tooling ecosystem and agent frameworks.
Hands-on experience with AI-augmented SDLC and transformation programs.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with KPI-driven change management and roadmapping.

Responsibilities

Lead AI pilot and transformation programs end-to-end with scoping, delivery and measurement.
Coach engineers, product owners and delivery leads on AI-augmented practices.
Define transformation roadmaps and governance for Centre of Excellence setups.
Contribute to pre-sales, scoping and client proposals with technical credibility.
Produce thought leadership content and represent the practice externally.
