Job summary

the supreme hr advisory pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a dedicated AI strategy leader within cybersecurity. You will drive the company’s AI initiatives, from internal automation to new client services around governance and red-teaming.

You will design AI-assisted workflows for security operations, lead the AI Governance & Risk Assessment line (ISO/IEC 42001, NIST RMF, EU AI Act), and run adversarial testing on client AI systems. Demonstrated hands-on expertise required.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in cybersecurity with hands-on AI/ML integration.
• Working knowledge of AI governance frameworks (ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, or EU AI Act).
• Experience with LLM application security concepts (prompt injection, data leakage risk).
• Comfort building automation and tooling, not only using off-the-shelf products.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-assisted security workflows for proactive operations.
• Lead the new AI Governance & Risk Assessment service line against international standards.
• Design and run AI red-teaming to test client LLM systems and AI agents.
• Act as internal AI adoption champion and provide hands-on enablement.
• Stay updated on AI security threats and regulatory changes and translate into capability.
• Collaborate with Security Ops & Delivery to ensure automation reduces time and errors.
