Job summary

The role involves supervising technicians, coordinating daily workflows, managing warranty claims per principals' standards, and supporting the Parts and Sales teams with technical guidance and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical/engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of service experience, including supervising technicians.
• Familiarity with OEM/Principal warranty and service standards.
• Working knowledge of sales processes and contract terms to support Parts & Sales.
• Good knowledge of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the service team to achieve service quality and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure repairs comply with manufacturers' and principals' standards; manage warranty claims.
• Support Parts team by identifying and converting parts sales opportunities during service work.
• Assist Sales in providing technical input for tenders and proposals.
• Maintain service records, documentation, and adherence to safety standards.
• Coach and develop technicians; participate in onboarding and performance reviews.
