Job summary

P. J. SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Project Sales and Service Engineer to drive business development, manage the full sales cycle, and deliver technical support to clients across projects and equipment lifecycles.

The role combines engineering knowledge with commercial acumen, requiring effective communication, tendering, and coordination to meet revenue targets and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years in technical sales, business development, or project engineering.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin/Chinese is a plus for China-facing business.
• Familiarity with tendering, bidding, and local content requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients, principals, consultants, EPC contractors, and end-users.
• Prepare quotations and sales orders; manage project documentation and bidding documents.
• Support project bids, tenders, and commercial aspects including pricing.
