Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a dynamic professional to lead service operations and drive sales within Singapore. You will manage technician schedules, ensure timely completions of service actions, and uphold ISO standards.

You will develop and maintain customer relationships, prepare quotations, and contribute to bids and tenders while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance across all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Dynamic, meticulous, sales‑oriented and outgoing personality.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Valid Singapore driving license (Class 2/3).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations and technician scheduling.
• Search for new customers, build relationships, and hit sales targets.
• Ensure ISO standards, QA/QC compliance and timely documentation.
• Prepare risk assessments and service-related reports.
