Job summary

JEBSEN & JESSEN TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to lead the service team, supervise day-to-day operations, and ensure high-quality service delivery to customers, while supporting the Parts and Sales teams with technical input.

You will manage warranty claims, assist in tender submissions, coach technicians, monitor KPIs, and maintain service records and safety standards in the workshop.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of service experience, including supervising technicians.
• Familiarity with OEM/Principal warranty and service standards.
• Working knowledge of sales processes and contracts, to support Parts & Sales.
• Good knowledge of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and SAP BW for service/sales information.
• Proficient in using CRM for opportunity tracking.
• Proficient in English; additional Asian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the service team's daily work to achieve service quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure repairs and servicing meet manufacturers' and Principals' standards and document warranty claims promptly.
• Support Parts team in identifying and converting parts sales opportunities.
• Assist Sales with technical input on tenders and equipment configurations.
• Maintain service records and documentation; manage safety and housekeeping in the workshop.
• Provide coaching and training to service technicians and support onboarding.
