Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
Valid driver’s license 2/3 is advantageous.
Basic computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support, installation, calibration, maintenance services and project involvement for equipment, machinery and systems.
Promptly follow up on service requests and provide customer feedback.
Maintain service logs/reports, provide quotations and submit internal service records.
Maintain daily communications with engineers, managers and customers for proper follow-up.
Analyse equipment performance data and make recommendations; escalate issues as needed.
Identify and participate in sales opportunities such as new contracts or renewals.
Work as part of the local team to deliver efficient service across the assigned area.
