Job summary

1 supplier pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced professional to supervise day-to-day after-sales operations, align service tasks with the business plan, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires coordinating with service engineers, vendors, and partners to ensure delivery against commitments. You will lead on-site activities, prepare site procedures, and support tendering, pricing, and reporting efforts while continuously improving service performance and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Technical and commercial offers, project management, and on-site coordination.
• Experience with maintenance (MRO) and mechanical engineering concepts.
• Proficient in P&ID, hydraulics and wiring diagrams for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day after-sales operations.
• Establish task priorities for the service team according to business plan.
• Maintain business relationships with current clients.
• Develop or capture new business opportunities to extend after-sales portfolio and turnover.
• Monitor and ensure turnover and gross margins are respected.
• Communicate clearly with clients, partners & suppliers.
• Provide strong technical support & back-up to the Service team.
• Ensure projects follow-up with clients/partners/suppliers locally and overseas.
• Support the Service team with after-sales projects: RFQs/tenders, technical & commercial offers, pricing & Ts&Cs negotiation, resource planning, service reports.
• Provide on-line technical assistance to clients via phone/WhatsApp/emails.
• Maintain after-sales project documentation and folders up-to-date.
• Conduct Service team performance reviews and define objectives.
