Job summary

TRINET TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Service Engineer in Singapore to lead technical service operations and high-level troubleshooting for integrated security systems. You will mentor junior technicians, coordinate field activities, and serve as the primary technical interface with enterprise and government clients to ensure system uptime and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on field experience servicing enterprise security systems.
• Strong TCP/IP, VLAN, and firewall configuration knowledge.
• Experience with ONVIF/RTSP streaming and CCTV platforms.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Singapore driving license preferred; Class 2B/2A/2 with own motorcycle is an advantage.

• Perform advanced L2/L3 diagnostic and root-cause analysis on hardware, network, and software integrations.
• Execute system upgrades, firmware patches, and network reconfigurations per client specs.
• Provide on-site guidance and coaching to Field Service Technicians.
• Oversee site execution schedules, work quality, and safety for field teams.
• Prepare accurate digital service reports for client debriefs.

Job Summary

As a Senior Service Engineer at Trinet Technologies, you will lead technical service operations, advanced Level-2/Level-3 troubleshooting for integrated security systems. You will act as the technical escalation point for site issues, mentor junior technicians, and partner directly with commercial, industrial, and government clients to ensure system reliability and uptime.

What You'll Do

Technical Execution

• Lead daily field service operations, rapid fault rectifications, and testing/commissioning across integrated security solutions (CCTV, AI video analytics, biometric access control, VMS networks, visitor management, and alarm systems).
• Perform advanced L2/L3 diagnostic, root-cause analysis (RCA), and complex troubleshooting on hardware components, network infrastructure, and software integrations.
• Execute system upgrades, firmware patches, and network reconfigurations in line with client operational protocols and manufacturer specifications.
• Provide technical guidance, on-site escalation support, and hands-on coaching to Field Service Technicians.
• Oversee site execution schedules, work quality, and safety compliance for field teams.
• Prepare accurate digital service reports for client debriefs
• Serve as the primary technical interface for enterprise clients, addressing escalations calmly, methodically, and with high professional integrity.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on field experience servicing enterprise-level physical security systems
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, PoE routing, ONVIF/RTSP streaming, firewall configurations, and Windows/Linux server environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team supervision experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A Driving Licence is highly preferred; Class 2B/2A/2 with own motorcycle is an advantage.
