Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in security systems (Integrated Security Management System, Card Access Control System, Intrusion Detection System, CCTV System, PA System, Fire Alarm System).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, MS Teams and AutoCAD.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with high responsibility.
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission equipment and systems at customer sites.

About the Role

Job Responsibilities

Installation & Commission

• Set up and configure equipment or systems at customer sites.
• Ensure proper functioning and compliance with specifications.

Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and fix faults or breakdown in equipment or systems.

Technical Support

• Provide on-site or remote support to customers.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer solutions promptly.

Customer interaction

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.

Job Requirements
