Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage orders, shipments and supplier coordination.

You will raise POs, liaise with freight forwarders, and handle multi-country shipments with a focus on timely delivery. Candidates should have SAP knowledge, a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, and at least O Level education. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 4 in-office days and 1 day from home, 8:30am-5pm, and a monthly salary of SGD

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences.
• Knowledge of SAP is a must.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders to suppliers and carry out close follow-up on the delivery schedule.
• Processing customer sales order, arrange shipment and invoicing.
• Update shipment status to consignees.
• Communicate with freight forwarders / courier company on clearing, pickup and delivery of import and export shipment. Source for the best freight and transport rates.
• Coordinator with store for confirmed orders from customers.
• Handling Country Market like China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
