Job summary

Persol in Singapore is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support shipping, order processing and trade documentation for an established client. You will coordinate carrier bookings, dispatch packing instructions, draft verification documents, and monitor shipments to meet contract terms.

Candidates should hold a relevant diploma, have 3+ years in order processing or shipping, and be proficient with SAP/Oracle and MS Office 365.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Logistics, Trade Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in order processing, shipping and trade docs.
• Familiar with Incoterms and trade finance instruments.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shipping tasks are accurate as assigned by the order processing team.
• Dispatch pick and pack instructions to the warehouse.
• Arrange carrier bookings with freight forwarders after packing list details.
• Draft documents for customer verification.
• Prepare documents in accordance with contract terms.
• Verify there are no discrepancies in the Letter of Credit.
• Submit bank documents for negotiation purposes.
• Facilitate sales recognition after installation reports are received.
• Notify parties of shipment delays and coordinate alternative delivery dates.
• Monitor packing and shipment progress and follow up.
