Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a shipping coordinator in Singapore to handle daily shipping duties and documentation for shipments to various countries.

You will prepare invoices, packing lists, and other shipment documents, and assist with certificate applications such as FTA and health certificates. This role is based in Jurong West with standard Monday–Friday hours. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of shipping/logistics experience, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of relevant shipping/logistics experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of shipping documents and FTA certificate applications.

Responsibilities

Handle shipping duties and documentation for shipments to various countries
Prepare invoices, packing lists, and other shipment documents
Apply for FTA certificates, health certificates, and other required forms
