Job summary
Our Client in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Administrator to manage outbound shipments, bookings and documentation. You will liaise with freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate SAP records. The role requires hands-on SAP experience and solid logistics knowledge.

Qualifications
- Relevant shipping or logistics experience, preferably within semiconductors.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP.
- Experience in planning and executing outbound shipments.
- Familiar with shipment bookings and coordination with freight forwarders.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Arrange shipment bookings and liaise with freight forwarders (FFs).
- Prepare and process shipping documentation for outbound shipments.
- Perform shipping transactions and maintain accurate shipment records in SAP.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external logistics partners to ensure smooth shipping operations.
- Monitor shipment schedules and resolve shipping-related issues.
