Leadout Capital is seeking an Account Solution Engineer to drive presales engagement across Enterprise accounts in Malaysia, partnering with business and technology leaders to articulate the strategic value of Salesforce.

The role emphasizes discovery, multi-product solution design, and hands-on demos, with a focus on outcomes and digital transformation. Candidates should be adept communicators, collaborators and continuous learners.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent.
• Knowledge of relational databases and web technology.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Solid presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage Enterprise organisations across industries—Malaysia territory—through focused discovery sessions and workshops.
• Lead cross-functional solution engagements and align them to opportunity strategy across Salesforce product lines.
• Deliver business development, operations and IT strategies and product demonstrations as trusted advisor.
• Define problems, opportunities and next steps using research and business assessment capabilities.
• Demonstrate Salesforce-based connected experiences through demos and rapid prototyping.
• Assist Account Executives with discovery, analysis and strategic solution recommendations.
• Position best Salesforce solutions to achieve customer objectives across multiple personas.
• Articulate customer architecture in relation to Salesforce solutions.
• Travel within territory as required (including Malaysia) to engage customers.
