Job summary

Leadout Capital in Singapore seeks an experienced Salesforce Services Senior to lead pre-sales discovery, define customer outcomes, and translate them into viable high-level solution designs. You will own SOWs, estimates, timelines, staffing plans, and ensure a smooth hand-off to delivery, collaborating with Account Partners and stakeholders to drive transformational programs.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise consulting and deep Salesforce expertise, with strong executive influence,

Qualifications

10+ years' enterprise-level consulting delivery experience, with 7+ years focused on the Salesforce platform.
Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end discovery, solutioning, estimating, and SOW creation for multi-cloud, transformational programs.
Active involvement in supporting the sale of professional services, including leading proposal development and presenting to C-level executives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build advisory relationships with executives.

Responsibilities

Lead the pre-sales discovery process and define customer outcomes for complex engagements.
Create comprehensive implementation proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) with detailed estimates, timelines, and staffing plans.
Partner with Account Partners to structure the deal's financial strategy and deliver the value story to clients.
Mentor teams and share best practices in solutioning, scoping, and engagement shaping.
