Job summary

Helius Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Salesforce Developer / Senior Developer (Service Cloud) to design, build, and support low-code and declarative solutions within Salesforce CRM (Service Cloud). You will combine hands-on configuration with technical leadership to deliver scalable case management and customer service capabilities.

4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with deep expertise in Salesforce Flows and Service Cloud automation.

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on Salesforce CRM / Service Cloud configuration and support.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Flows and case management automation.
Certifications required: Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I (PDI).

Responsibilities

Low-Code Engineering: Build complex declarative automation and UI features using Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Lightning Pages, Layouts, Formulas, and Queues.
Service Cloud Management: Support case management, knowledge enablement, and custom objects (Case, Account, Contact, Case Notes, Course, Knowledge).
Technical Leadership & Review: Conduct peer reviews, define platform standards, and advise when to use declarative configuration versus custom code.
Support & Enhancements: Perform root‑cause analysis, deliver bug fixes/enhancements, and handle SIT, UAT, and release documentation.
