Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions for a Case Management Platform. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Product Managers, BAs, QA, and UX Designers in an Agile delivery environment.

Responsibilities include integrating with external systems using REST/SOAP and MuleSoft, developing Apex, LWC, Flows, and Omnistudio where applicable, and contributing to deployment across environments

Qualifications

3+ years of Salesforce development and administration.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Administrator.
Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
Experience with Service Cloud and, ideally, Experience Cloud.
Familiarity with integration patterns and external system integrations.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions for the Case Management Platform.
Configure Salesforce capabilities including Public Sector Service Cloud; may include Experience Cloud.
Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
Participate in sprint ceremonies, including backlog grooming and deployment activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation and ensure quality through testing and adherence to standards.
