Job summary

Mav3rik is seeking a mid/senior/lead Salesforce Developer willing to relocate to Singapore. You will design, build, and deploy applications on Salesforce and other low-code platforms, delivering scalable solutions in fast-paced projects.

You will translate business requirements into technical specs, develop workflows and integrations, and collaborate with analysts, IT, and vendors in agile delivery teams. Strong Salesforce certifications and DevOps experience are valued.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer / Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in application development with a strong focus on low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms including Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and ITSM-related solutions.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce OmniStudio, Apex, and Platform API development within a low-code context.
  • Salesforce certification(s) (Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud, or equivalent) is required or strongly preferred.
  • Experience in integrating applications with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms (bonus).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
  • Familiar with Git and version control best practices.
  • Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, TDD, Pair Programming, Continuous Integration).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, independent and collaborative work style.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate and break down complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and low-code solution designs.
  • Develop automated workflows, forms, integrations, and business processes to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Implement integrations with third-party systems and enterprise platforms using APIs, Platform APIs, and integration frameworks.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure applications meet functional, non-functional, security, and performance requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical designs, configuration details, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business units, vendors) in agile delivery teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.

Mid/Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer (SINGAPORE RELOCATION)

You're the "roll-up-your-sleeves" type who is always willing to take on new and/or bigger challenges. You will be organised, adaptable, and capable of working across multiple projects and timelines. You will be a reliable source of information for each of the teams, with a curious mind, a desire to learn and excellent relationship management skills.
