Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop and deploy solutions on Service Cloud and Public Sector Solutions (PSS).

You will build Apex, LWC, Aura components, and integrate with external systems while following Agile practices. The role involves collaborating with analysts and stakeholders, delivering declarative and programmatic enhancements, and supporting UAT, deployments, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and customization.
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
• Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
• Familiarity with deployment tools such as VS Code with Salesforce Extensions, SFDX CLI, or Gearset.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio components: OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures preferred.
• Experience building and configuring Salesforce Experience Cloud portals and sites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions on Service Cloud and PSS platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce applications.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Implement declarative solutions using Flow, Process Builder, and approval workflows.
• Integrate with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Configure Service Cloud features like Case Management, Entitlements, Service Console, Knowledge.
• Support SDLC activities including UAT, deployments, and hypercare.
