• Minimum 7 years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and customization.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce data tools: Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or similar ETL tools.
• Code review and quality improvements experience.
