Job summary

IMD Info-communications Media Development Authority is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join the Enterprise CRM team in the Digital Transformation Office (DTO). You will gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into specs, and help implement Salesforce solutions, including dashboards and reports.

3 years of experience, knowledge of Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud, and familiarity with Jira and Confluence are preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with leaders, end-users, and tech teams to document Salesforce requirements.
Translate needs into functional specs and user stories.
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities with Salesforce.
Partner with admins and developers to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
Conduct functional testing and UAT to ensure configurations meet requirements.
Develop reports and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
Train users and provide ongoing Salesforce support.
Bridge business units and tech teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Stay updated on Salesforce trends and best practices.
