Job summary

IMDA is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join the Digital Transformation Office's Enterprise CRM team. You will collaborate with business leaders, end-users, and technical teams to capture and document detailed Salesforce requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.

You will oversee Salesforce enhancements, conduct testing, and build reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

3+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Preferred Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Business Analyst.
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other PM tools.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating user stories.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical mindset with focus on problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories.
Facilitate process improvements by analysing existing business processes and identifying automation opportunities using Salesforce tools.
Oversee Salesforce enhancements with admins and developers to design, configure, and implement solutions.
Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure configurations meet requirements and quality standards.
Create reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across teams.
Train and support users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of projects.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features and best practices to drive process improvements.
