Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Agile experience and Salesforce expertise to shape business solutions and drive value.

You will lead requirements gathering, write user stories, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce implementations within an agile team environment. The role requires at least five years in business analysis and related Agile roles, plus Salesforce configuration

Qualifications

• Min 5 years' experience in IT/related field.
• 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst is a plus; Salesforce Administrator Exam CRT101 or equivalent certification.
• Basic Salesforce configuration experience / have completed
• Experience in full software/product development life cycles using Agile Methodology.
• Proven experience on Salesforce implementations, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

• Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
• Research, gather and synthesize information.
• Elicit, scope, and manage business requirements.
• Lead the scrum team, conduct scrum ceremonies
• Crafting and grooming of user stories, acceptance criteria, managing product backlog.
• Drive smooth deployment, adoption, and operations of the solution.
• Help drive the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Work with developers to understand and troubleshoot technical problems, as needed.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years' experience required, IT related tertiary education.
• 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects
• Good to be Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).
