Job summary

Our client, a leading global ocean carrier and logistics provider, seeks a Senior Executive, Sales Support in Singapore. The role is a pivotal liaison between the sales team, vendors, and internal functions to ensure seamless execution and superior service delivery.

You will manage tender submissions, coordinate rates, onboard new clients, and maintain the sales pipeline with regular reporting to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of commercial support, sales support, or customer service experience in freight/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Tender & Bid Management: prepare quotations, proposals, RFQ/RFPs; track quotation validity.
• Vendor & Rate Coordination: gather rates and service details from lines and providers.
• Client Onboarding & Account Management: support setup and post-win transitions; handle inquiries.
• Reporting & Pipeline Analysis: consolidate weekly pipeline updates and monthly performance metrics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to align with policies.
