Job summary

PIL LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Support professional in Singapore to prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions, while coordinating RFQ/RFPs with stakeholders.

You will support the sales team with rates, service information, and commercial data, and assist onboarding for new customers. The role requires 2–5 years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• A Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Commercial Support or Logistics.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics operations is preferred.
• Experience handling quotations, tenders, onboarding, and commercial docs.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong coordination and administrative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Good analytical and reporting capability.
• Strong Excel and presentation tool proficiency.
• Understanding of commercial processes and customer requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Solid problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proposals, customer presentations and Tender submissions.
• Coordinate RFQ/RFP requirements with stakeholders.
• Support sales by gathering rates, service data and commercial information.
• Coordinate rate requests with shipping lines, airlines and providers.
• Monitor quotation validity and follow up sales opportunities.
• Support onboarding activities and account setup.
• Ensure timely communication between customers and internal teams.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and service enquiries.
• Prepare weekly sales pipeline and monthly performance reports.
• Maintain records of tenders and outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Service and Finance.
• Support implementation and transition for new customers.
• Follow up on actions from customer meetings.
• Ensure activities adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.
