Job summary

Pacific International Lines (Pte) Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional in Singapore to prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions while coordinating RFQ/RFP requirements with stakeholders.

You will support the sales team with rates, service information, and commercial data, coordinate with shipping lines and subcontractors, and ensure timely communication across customer, operations, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Prepare quotations, proposals, customer presentations and tender submissions.
• Coordinate RFQ/RFP requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Support the sales team in gathering rates, service information, and commercial data.
• Coordinate rate requests with shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor quotation validity and follow up on pending sales opportunities.
• Support customer onboarding activities and account setup processes.
• Ensure timely communication between customers and internal teams.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and service-related enquiries.
• Prepare weekly sales pipeline reports and monthly sales performance reports.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders and quotation outcomes.
• Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams.
• Support implementation and transition activities for newly secured customers.
• Follow up on action items arising from customer meetings.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head.
