Job summary

Pacific International Lines in Singapore seeks an experienced Sales Support professional to assist in quotations, tender submissions, and onboarding for new customers. You will coordinate RFQ/RFP requirements with multiple stakeholders and gather commercial data to support the sales team.

The role requires 2–5 years in sales support or logistics-related roles, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and timely communication

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Commercial Support, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Logistics industries.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics-related operations preferred.
• Experience in handling quotations, tenders, customer onboarding, and commercial documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proposals, customer presentations and tender submissions.
• Coordinate RFQ/RFP requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Support the sales team in gathering rates, service information, and commercial data; coordinate requests with shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor quotation validity and follow up on pending sales opportunities.
• Support customer onboarding activities and account set-up processes.
• Ensure timely communication between customers and internal teams.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and service-related enquiries.
• Prepare weekly sales pipeline reports and monthly sales performance reports.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders and quotation outcomes.
• Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams.
• Support implementation and transition activities for newly secured customers.
• Follow up on action items arising from customer meetings.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head.
