Job description

Bonvests Holdings Limited, a public-listed company with diversified businesses in Hotel (Ownership and Management), Property (Investment and Development) and Waste (Management and Contract Cleaning), invites suitably qualified and dedicated candidates to join our corporate head office as a Senior/Sales Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing and grow room sales performances in our market, ensure maximum revenue are achieve, working closely with local property teams and senior management at headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with management team to create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers and market segment led by the Director of Marketing.
  • Utilize company profile database to determine geographic areas for travel agent calls while maintaining top and existing travel agent accounts.
  • Attending and contributing to the weekly and monthly sales strategy meeting
  • Updating the sales strategy & sales plan with DOM and General Manager.
  • Lead on-property sales functions to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives.
  • Acquire new business and/or close on business.
  • Develop and send informative press releases to targeted lists highlighting all activities and promotions.
  • Monitor all day to day activities.
  • Execute and support operational aspects of the business (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).
  • Focus on strategies to grow market & new business lead to achieve budget.
  • Ensure hotel meets or exceed budgeted goals.
  • Organize local and overseas sales trip, attend travel related exhibitions.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of global market with Travel Agencies, MICE planners and social events
  • Excellent organization and leadership skill.
  • Revenue management and business analysis using brand platforms and methodologies would be an advantage.
  • Good negotiation skills and experience with contracting.
  • Written and verbal communication skills (English and Mandarin).
  • Proven track record in luxury hotel sales.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn is a must.
  • Ability to travel when necessary.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and schedules.
  • Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative.
  • Experience in a sales role with a proven track record in sales.
  • Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives.
