Job summary

NCS, a leading technology services firm in APAC, seeks an experienced Sales/BD leader to expand its footprint in Financial Services, including DBS and major enterprises.

You will lead end-to-end sales cycles for large transformation deals, identify senior decision-makers, and build strong stakeholder relationships while mentoring a team of sales/account executives and collaborating with solution architects and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of sales or business development experience in financial services.
• Proven track record of selling complex IT solutions and large transformation deals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, networks and enterprise tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow NCS footprint within the Financial Services Industry and DBS.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including digital transformation, cloud migration, data platforms, and system integration.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles including qualification, positioning, proposals, negotiations and close.
• Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams and partners to craft client proposals.
• Drive large and complex deals and mentor a team of sales/account executives.
