Senior ICT Application Sales Director

Job summary

NCS in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales, build deep client relationships, and close application-centric opportunities across the APAC region. You will coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support teams to deliver integrated solutions with a trusted advisor approach.

Reporting to the Sales Lead, you will work with CSU, LOBs and NEXT Services to define offerings and maximize win probability by understanding client needs and aligning with NCS capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years in ICT sales/presales or 8+ years in technical sales.
• Proven track record selling application-driven opportunities.
• Knowledge of commercial arrangements.
• Experience in application implementation is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with NCS operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a portfolio of accounts by selling NCS Application solutions to target customers.
• Coordinate across functional teams to bring the right winning team for solutions and contract closure.
• Meet sales quotas by winning new and existing business and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage contract terms and conditions internally and externally.
• Develop relationships with clients at all levels.
• Develop value propositions and negotiate to close deals.
• Understand the organization’s products to coordinate pre-sales requirements.
• Drive profits by leveraging NCS core capabilities and growth strategy.
• Coordinate across Lines of Businesses to secure orders and meet service expectations.
• Provide a comprehensive one-stop experience for clients across all NCS services.
