Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced sales/business development leader to grow its footprint in the Financial Services Industry, including DBS. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, identify strategic opportunities, and build senior-level relationships with major financial institutions.

The role requires a strong track record in selling complex IT solutions, digital transformation, cloud migration, and multi-platform projects, with the ability to drive large, high-value deals and collaborate

Qualifications

8-12+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
Proven track record of selling complex IT solutions and large transformation deals.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, networks, and enterprise technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow NCS' footprint within the Financial Services Industry and DBS.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including digital transformation, cloud migration, data platforms, and enterprise system integration projects.
Lead end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity qualification to deal closure.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key stakeholders in financial services.
Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and partners on client proposals.
Drive large and complex deals aligned with client objectives and NCS capabilities.
