Job summary

NCS in Singapore is seeking an experienced enterprise sales leader to expand our footprint in the financial services sector, including DBS. The role focuses on selling complex IT solutions and large transformation programs.

You will collaborate with architects, delivery teams, and partners, manage senior stakeholders, and lead end-to-end deals while mentoring a high-performance sales team. This position offers a competitive yearly compensation with APAC opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of sales or business development experience in financial services.
• Proven track record selling complex IT solutions and large transformation deals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, networks, and enterprise technology solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical, delivery, and partner ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow NCS’ footprint within the Financial Services Industry and DBS.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including digital transformation, cloud migration, data platforms, and enterprise system integration projects.
• Identify key decision makers at senior leadership level and build relationships.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle: qualification, positioning, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
• Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and partners to develop compelling client proposals.
• Drive large and complex deals aligned with client objectives and NCS capabilities.
• Track market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities in the FSI.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Represent NCS at industry events and client engagements.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales/account executives toward high performance.
