Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced sales professional focused on carpet and flooring products. You will develop new business opportunities and nurture relationships with dealers, retailers, and designers, while promoting a full range of flooring solutions.

Responsibilities include meeting quarterly targets, conducting client visits and product presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries and accurate sales records in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• Strong B2B sales experience with proven ability to manage customer accounts and develop new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with dealers, wholesalers, retailers and department stores.
• Promote carpet, carpet tiles, vinyl tiles, rugs and related flooring products through samples and catalogues.
• Identify potential customers, including interior designers, architects, contractors and property developers.
• Develop new customer accounts and secure high-volume supply contracts.
• Manage key commercial accounts, negotiate pricing and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Work with Sales & Marketing Manager to set quarterly targets and develop strategies.
• Conduct client visits, attend site meetings and provide product presentations.
• Coordinate with internal sales, warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor customer credit limits, payment terms and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
