Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced sales professional to develop new business opportunities and manage key commercial accounts within the carpet and flooring sector.

You will build strong relationships with dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and department stores, while promoting carpets, tiles, rugs, and related products through samples and catalogues. Ideal candidates have a track record in B2B sales, strong account management skills, and the ability to drive growth

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the carpet industry, OR 7 years in the flooring industry, OR 10 years in related interior design / furnishing industry.
• Strong B2B sales experience with proven ability to manage customer accounts and develop new business
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence for client visits and site meetings
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including dealers, wholesalers, retailers and department stores
• Promote carpet, carpet tiles, vinyl tiles, rugs and related flooring products through product samples and catalogues
• Identify potential customers, including interior designers, architects, contractors and property developers
• Develop new customer accounts and secure high-volume supply contracts
• Manage key commercial accounts, negotiate pricing and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to establish quarterly sales targets and business development strategies
• Conduct client visits, attend site meetings and provide product presentations
• Coordinate with internal sales, warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Monitor customer credit limits, payment terms and follow up on outstanding payments
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system
