The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for Senior Sales Executive. The role focuses on developing new business and sustaining relationships with dealers, wholesalers, retailers and department stores in the flooring sector.

You will promote carpets, tiles, vinyl, and rugs, targeting interior designers, architects, contractors, and developers while achieving quarterly sales targets and ensuring smooth order fulfilment with internal teams.

Formación

• Diploma/degree in business-related field.
• Minimum 5 years B2B sales in carpet/flooring interior sectors or 10 years related experience.
• Strong ability to manage key accounts and develop new business.
• Valid Class 3 driving license for client visits.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business and maintain relationships with dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and department stores.
• Promote carpet, carpet tiles, vinyl tiles, rugs and related flooring products.
• Identify potential customers including interior designers and developers.
• Develop new accounts and secure high-volume supply contracts.
• Manage key commercial accounts; negotiate pricing and long-term relations.
• Work with Sales & Marketing Manager to set quarterly targets and strategies.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor credit limits and payment terms; follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare sales reports and CRM records.
