Job summary

Birds of Paradise, Singapore's Michelin-recognised gelato boutique, seeks a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to own corporate, events, and catering sales from inquiry to delivery. You will drive revenue, shape client experiences, and ensure brand standards across events and customer touchpoints.

The role also supports marketing activities across channels and collaborates on e-commerce and customer service enhancements to grow retention and revenue.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Min. 4 years of sales experience (F&B, lifestyle, hospitality, or events).
• 2–3 years of marketing experience; CRM or marketing automation exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the corporate, events, catering sales pipeline.
• Lead full client journey from inquiry to event day; manage proposals and pricing.
• Support marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.
• Assist e-commerce and customer service operations (shop platform, inquiries).
• Build relationships with corporate clients and event planners; referrals and repeat business.
