Job summary

Birds of Paradise, Singapore's Michelin Guide-selected gelato brand, is seeking a Training & Quality Executive/Senior Executive to deliver day-to-day training that builds boutique teams' confidence and consistency.

You will deputise for the Training & Quality Manager on audits, help design training materials, coordinate onboarding and refresher sessions across boutiques and HQ, and manage customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of experience in training or facilitation.
• Proven experience in customer service management.
• Diploma in HR, Hospitality, or related field; training cert a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead training for new boutique openings from planning to execution.
• Deputise for the Training & Quality Manager on audits.
• Contribute to design and improvement of training materials.
• Coordinate onboarding, on-the-job training, and refresher sessions.
• Manage customer feedback and resolve issues cross-departmentally.
• Support boutique audits and follow-up visits.
