Job summary

Birds of Paradise in Singapore is seeking an Events Supervisor to oversee off-site events, supervise manpower, and ensure SOP compliance and quality control, while supporting boutique operations on non-event days.

You will manage on-site operations, coordinate event staff and vendors, monitor equipment and stock, and drive continuous improvement, delivering consistent service aligned with our gelato boutique standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in events operations, F&B operations or related field.
• Experience supervising or coordinating a team of on-ground staff.
• Experience managing rosters/scheduling for shift-based or event-based manpower.
• Willing to travel to off-site event locations and rove across boutique outlets as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee events operations from delivery to tear-down according to SOPs.
• Train and guide new service crew in events service standards.
• Manage equipment care, stock movement and rosters for off-site events.
• Coordinate on-site staff, vendors and stakeholders; handle customer feedback with warmth.
