in Singapore is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive service sales, expand the installed base, and manage end-to-end opportunities across utilities, EPCs, consultants, and data center operators. You will lead quotations, proposals, and service agreements, align with operations and regional teams, and ensure customer satisfaction while living Hitachi Energy's safety and integrity values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 6–8 years of experience in sales, business development, service sales, or account management in electrical power, energy, utilities, or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of developing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by identifying, developing, and converting new service sales opportunities across Singapore.
• Expand Hitachi Energy's installed base through maintenance, upgrades, retrofits, repairs, spare parts, and lifecycle management solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with utilities, consultants, EPCs, contractors, end users, industrial customers, and data center operators.
• Lead customer engagements, technical discussions, commercial negotiations, and solution presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and service agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Work with service operations, technical experts, Product Service Centers, and regional teams to deliver competitive customer solutions.
• Identify market opportunities, customer requirements, and industry trends to support business growth.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and market intelligence.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
